“I really am so grateful to have found this gym ... it's a nice family owned gym and the team that works there are so helpful and respectful. I tried a couple of the gyms in the area but did not feel a good vibe in the atmosphere... Class 5 feels clean and comfortable. There are obviously areas that could be improved, as could be said about any business, but the culture that the owner Bev creates there is outstanding. She always tries to help out by providing coaching when she sees potential for injury. I highly recommend giving this gym a shot if you haven’t had the opportunity to yet.”

“What a Great find when I wasn't expecting to find anything. This gym was acceptable, accessible, and the staff was pleasant. It has everything you need for any kind of work out you need in the middle of nowhere. It had an amazing rock-climbing wall the Full two stories of the warehouse, although I didn't climb it was intriguing.” 

“There's a surprising amount of equipment and weights to choose from at Class 5. It's cool too that there are really 3 different spaces: the main floor where you walk in, and then two elevated floors on opposite sides of the main floor. Each has a slightly different "vibe", although all are friendly. When I'm feeling strong, it's time to go to the one side where the guys are lifting heavy iron and push myself. I always wind up working out more than I planned. Even with the heavy iron crew, everyone is really considerate, which is cool.” 

“Class 5 has something for everyone. Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes. Weight machines and free weights. A sauna. A room with TVs you can plug your phone in and follow your favorite videos. And of course, the indoor climbing wall! It is very spacious with lots of equipment, so even when it's busy there will still be multiple machines to choose from. The people coming in to work out are here to work out, not have a fashion show. The owners are about overall health and wellness so swing by Dr. John Sousa's practice located adjacent to the gym for chiropractic, massage and nutrition counseling services.” 

“Class 5 is a one of a kind gym. It is a business where you are treated as family and greeted by name. The staff is courteous and willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Gyms can be intimidating, but Class 5 always makes me feel welcome. I will never go to another gym.”

They have: 24 hour access, a huge climbing wall, cardio equipment that activates muscles I didn't know I had, rope pulls, versa climbers, a tread wall, punching bags, more Nautilus machines and weighs than I can count, an entire room dedicated to abs and back, free belay certification, climbing parties, kids climbing camp, personal training, along with TONS of member perks.
